A leader in innovation regarding the musculoskeletal medical industry turns to Seaway to produce and manage an 8 tool, multi-cavity, mid-volume production program.  The advanced healing device comprised of single cavities that were initially released to production to aid in the customer’s short lead time request.  Additional cavities were added after deadlines were met.  Substantial effort was involved to accomodate the insert molding, pad printing, & painting processes.  Thanks to Seaway’s partner, Florida Finishing was able to successfully meet the strict guidelines of the painted components.
